Armistice Day is on the 11th November.
This is the date in 1918 when the First World War, or The Great War, came to an end.
At 11am on the 11th day of the 11th month, a two minute silence is held to remember this event.
Today, Armistice Day is used to remember all those who have died in wars and conflicts since The Great War, including World War II, the Gulf War and conflicts in Rwanda, Bosnia and Kosovo.
