Blurton war memorial

This memorial stands in the ground of St. Bartholomew's Church, Church Road, Blurton.
One side of the memorial commemorates the First World War. This inscription reads: 'In proud and grateful memory of the gallant men of Blurton who laid down their lives for King and country in the Great War 1914 - 1918'.
