Bucknall war memorial

This War Memorial stands on the corner of Marychurch Road and Werrington Road in Bucknall. It was built between 1900 and 1924 to remember those who died in the European War in 1914. The inscription reads: 'This Monument was erected by the Parishioners in grateful remembrance of the men who made the supreme sacrifice in the European War 1914-1918.'
