This site , just off Louise Drive in Hollybush, is comprised of grassland, scrub and a brook. The northern end of the site has a small area of marshy grassland whilst the southern end of the site is rough grassland with scattered scrub. The marshy area next to the stream is dominated by reedmace, soft and hard rushes, and duckweed (Lemna minor) is abundant in areas of open water. Alder scrub is developing along the sides of the brook.
The site has been used for the disposal of ceramic waste, and large waste 'rocks' dominate some areas. Teasel is common in parts of the grassland.
